- 2 tablespoons of soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon of oyster sauce
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Optional: sliced chicken, beef, shrimp, or tofu
Instructions:
- Cook the noodles according to the package instructions until al dente. Drain and rinse with cold water to stop the cooking process.
- In a wok or a large skillet, heat the vegetable oil over medium-high heat.
- Add the minced garlic and stir-fry for 30 seconds until fragrant.
- Add the sliced vegetables and stir-fry for 2-3 minutes until they are tender but still crisp.
- If using protein, add it to the wok and cook until it is no longer pink.
- Add the cooked noodles to the wok and toss them with the vegetables and protein.
- Add the soy sauce, oyster sauce, salt, and pepper to taste.
- Continue stir-frying for another 1-2 minutes until the noodles are evenly coated with the sauce and heated through.
- Serve the fried noodles hot, garnished with chopped scallions, cilantro, or sesame seeds, if desired.
